General Rules
When is my next match ready?
The times for each round on the bracket are just guides. As soon as you have an opponent you are expected to start to play your game.
You must be ready to play
If found to be unavailable as a direct result of you participating in another game/tournament/thing (like playing a game of League while waiting for your next one as last night's example) then you will be disqualified
Admins assistance
Ultimately the Admins will try and please everyone and can circumvent the rules if it is in the tournament's best interest, however they will adhere to them as a guideline for dealing with issues
Hearthstone
Players found to be creating a deck in between hearthstone matches will forfeit their next game, you must be prepared for the tournament at the start of it
Streaming the tournament
Join discord and ask about your interest in casting/streaming some of the games. Permission may be given along with an esportswall logo that must be present on your stream along with a full 2 minute delay
External caster
If you are an external caster, let the teams know and ask if you can spectate their games. If there are any questions get the teams to ask an admin in chat/discord

Do I need an account to play in a tournament?
Yes, you need a BattleFy account to join in our tournaments.
I want to change my team name, what do I do?
Easiest way is to unjoin the tournament and join again with a guest team.
Can I join as a free agent?
Yes, make sure you check in one hour before the event and we will seed all the checked in free agents in teams.
How do I withdraw from the tournament?
Go to the page where you’ve signed up and press at the same location ‘unjoin tournament’.
How can I contact an admin?
Contact admins in Twitch chat or in our Discord server.
I want to stream the tournament, is that allowed?
Yes, you can stream the tournament if you are a player. If you are a caster for a specific team, please make sure that you are added to that team’s roster and ask your opponents’ permission.
I want to shown in the livestream, what do I do?
Admins will be looking to set up matches to stream based on timing of the previously casted match finishing. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that you will be streamed. However, if you and your opponents are willing to wait, let an admin know in stream chat that you would like to be streamed and we will see if we can set that up.
My opponent is not responding, what do I do?
If your opponent is not responding in BattleFy bracket, in game friend request or is not in the lobby for 10 minutes. Contact tournament admin about the situations with info about your bracket number and report flawless victory (example: 2-0 in a bo3).
